A Tuscan pilaster for the outside of the house, 2664 mm tall, 408 mm wide and 125 mm deep. At only 125 mm deep it sits close to the wall, ideal for framing a front door. It has a plain Tuscan pilaster capital over a fluted shaft, finished at the foot with a moulded pilaster base. The set is made up of Capital 4.21.101, Shaft 4.22.101 and Base 4.23.101, and each part is also sold on its own. Check the overall height against the space before ordering; the shaft is the part to trim if you need it shorter.

Gaudi make it in polyurethane foam, which is light, moisture resistant and supplied white, ready for painting. Join the parts with Joint Adhesive 290ml (G07.S.290) or Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60) and fix it with Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290). Outdoors, finish it with a good exterior masonry paint once it is fixed; the painted finish protects the surface from sun and weather. Like all polyurethane decor it is decorative rather than structural: it cannot hold up a porch roof, canopy, balcony or any other load, so it must never stand in for a real column or post.
