In a classical entablature, the architrave sits directly above a door, window or row of columns, the frieze runs above it as a calm, plain band, and the cornice crowns the top. This collection gives you both bands for the outside of the house, so you can build a full entablature over an entrance or along a facade, or simply add a strong head moulding over an opening.
The pieces are made from lightweight polyurethane foam that won't rot, crack or swell in the rain, and they are fixed with adhesive, with joints bonded using joint adhesive. Every piece arrives white and should be finished with a good exterior masonry paint once fixed; the painted finish protects the surface from sun and weather and lets you match the colour of your render or stonework.
