A water-based acrylic mounting adhesive for fixing polyurethane coving and mouldings to walls and ceilings made of porous mineral materials, such as plaster, brick and concrete. A lower-cost option for everyday jobs on plastered rooms.

Use it for

  • Fixing coving, cornice, skirting boards, dado rails and mouldings
  • Plaster, gypsum, brick, concrete, stone and worked wood

How to apply

  1. Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust.
  2. Run a 3–5mm bead of adhesive along the back of the moulding where it meets the wall and ceiling.
  3. Press it firmly into place and push along the whole length until adhesive shows at the edges.
  4. Wipe away the excess with a damp cloth.

Which fixing adhesive should I choose?

For tiles, glass, PVC, metal or facades, use Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290), which bonds to almost any surface and is suitable for exterior work. For the joints between lengths and at the corners, use Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60) or Joint Adhesive 290ml (G07.S.290).
