A short pre-formed external corner for Cornice 4.02.301, for where the cornice wraps around the outside corner of a building or returns at the end of a run. Its legs are 100 mm shorter than the standard corner, which suits tight returns and short runs such as a cornice over a single door or window. It matches the dentilled profile exactly, 268 mm high, with legs of about 293 mm, and joins straight onto the 2 m lengths, so there is no need to mitre the cornice on site. The other corners for this cornice are Cornice 4.02.311 (external corner) and Cornice 4.02.321 (internal corner).

Gaudi make it in polyurethane foam, which is light, moisture resistant and supplied white so it can be painted to suit the house. Fix it with Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290) and seal the joints with Joint Adhesive 290ml (G07.S.290) or Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60). Outdoors, finish it with a good exterior masonry paint once it is fixed; the painted finish protects the surface from sun and weather.
