An exterior cornice supplied in 2 m lengths, 270 mm high and projecting 291 mm from the wall, with a stepped profile and a row of dentils (small square blocks) under the crown. It is a large facade cornice made to crown the top of an elevation under the eaves or along a parapet, casting a deep shadow line that gives the front of a house a finished, classical look. Ready-made corner pieces mean the profile never has to be mitred on site: Cornice 4.02.311 (external corner), Cornice 4.02.321 (internal corner) and Cornice 4.02.331 (short external corner). Gaudi make it in polyurethane foam, which is light, moisture resistant and supplied white so it can be painted to suit the house. Fix it with Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290) and seal the joints with Joint Adhesive 290ml (G07.S.290) or Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60). Outdoors, finish it with a good exterior masonry paint once it is fixed; the painted finish protects the surface from sun and weather.
