An Ionic half column, half-round in plan so it sits flat against a wall, 3170 mm tall, 438 mm wide and 193 mm deep. The capital has volutes turned out at all four corners above an egg-and-dart band, and sits over a fluted shaft with an astragal ring at its foot; the column stands on a tall base: a moulded column foot standing on a plain plinth block. The set is made up of Capital 1.15.004, Shaft 1.16.010, Ring 1.15.300 and Base 1.17.100, and each part is also sold on its own. Check the overall height against your ceiling before ordering; the shaft is the part to trim if you need it shorter.

Gaudi make it in polyurethane foam, which is light, moisture resistant and supplied white so it can be painted to suit the room. Join the parts with Joint Adhesive 290ml (G07.S.290) or Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60) and fix it with Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290). Like all polyurethane decor it is decorative rather than structural: it cannot carry a ceiling, beam or any other load, so it must never stand in for a real column or post.
