A fluted shaft for a small facade pilaster, 1516 mm long, 210 mm wide and 54 mm deep. Flat-backed, it fixes straight onto the wall. It can be trimmed if you need it shorter. It is part of Pilaster 4.20.104, which stands on a pedestal corbel so the pilaster can start part-way up the wall, and it is sold separately for repairs, replacements or your own combination of parts.

Like the rest of Gaudi’s facade range it is polyurethane foam: light, moisture resistant and supplied white, ready to paint. Fix it with Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290), using Joint Adhesive 290ml (G07.S.290) or Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60) wherever it butts against another piece. Outdoors, finish it with a good exterior masonry paint once it is fixed; the painted finish protects the surface from sun and weather. Like all polyurethane decor it is decorative rather than structural: it cannot hold up a porch roof, canopy, balcony or any other load, so it must never stand in for a real column or post.
