A fluted pilaster shaft for exterior use, 2305 mm long, 334 mm wide and 88 mm deep. It is flat, forming the face of a pilaster between its base and capital. It can be trimmed if you need it shorter. It is part of Pilaster 4.20.101, and is sold separately for repairs, replacements or your own combination of parts.

Like the rest of the facade range it is polyurethane foam: light, moisture resistant and supplied white, ready to paint. Bond it to the neighbouring parts with Joint Adhesive 290ml (G07.S.290) or Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60), and use Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290) where it meets the wall or ground. Outdoors, finish it with a good exterior masonry paint once it is fixed; the painted finish protects the surface from sun and weather. Like all polyurethane decor it is decorative rather than structural: it cannot hold up a porch roof, canopy, balcony or any other load, so it must never stand in for a real column or post.
