A complete decorative fireplace surround in an ornate Louis XV style, 1303 mm wide and 1170 mm high, projecting 221 mm. The set is made up of three parts: the shaped mantel header Fireplace Surround 1.64.001 with its carved centre rosette, and the mirrored cabriole legs Fireplace Surround 1.64.002 and Fireplace Surround 1.64.003.

Moulded in polyurethane foam, it is far lighter than a stone or cast surround and fixes with adhesive: use Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290) to the wall and Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60) where the parts meet. It arrives white and can be painted any colour, including stone and marble effects. Gaudi call these decorative fireplaces: polyurethane is not a heat-resistant or fire-rated material, so check the clearances required around any live fire, stove or insert with your installer before fitting.
