A stepped Art Deco mantel element, 1600 mm long, 430 mm wide and 280 mm deep, with layered reeding that steps back from the opening. It is the component piece for the Fireplace Surround 1.64.811 surround rather than a complete fireplace.

Moulded in polyurethane foam, it is far lighter than a stone or cast surround and fixes with adhesive: use Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290) to the wall and Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60) where the parts meet. It arrives white and can be painted any colour, including stone and marble effects. Gaudi call these decorative fireplaces: polyurethane is not a heat-resistant or fire-rated material, so check the clearances required around any live fire, stove or insert with your installer before fitting.
