A very small composite coving supplied in 2 m lengths, just 20 mm down the wall and 20 mm across the ceiling, with a simple concave curve. It is a discreet finishing strip rather than a feature: use it to tidy the join between a wall and ceiling in a small room, to trim the top of wall panelling, or where a larger coving would crowd the space.
Composite coving is made from a high-density composite polymer (an extruded, polystyrene-based foam, as Gaudi describe it): rigid, very light, moisture resistant and usually cheaper than the polyurethane equivalent. It takes water-based paint well. Fix it with Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290) and bond the mitres and butt joints with Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60).
