For Facade Cornice Special 4.81.002, an end return, which turns the profile back into the wall to close the end of a run neatly instead of leaving a cut edge. It matches the 365 mm high, 108 mm deep profile exactly, so it joins straight onto the 2 m lengths without mitring on site. The other pieces for this cornice are Facade Cornice Special 4.81.012 (external corner) and Facade Cornice Special 4.81.022 (internal corner).

Made in lightweight polyurethane foam, it won’t rot, crack or swell in the rain the way timber or sand-and-cement mouldings can. Fix it with Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290) and use Joint Adhesive 290ml (G07.S.290) or Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60) on any joints. Outdoors, finish it with a good exterior masonry paint once it is fixed; the painted finish protects the surface from sun and weather.
