A fluted half-column shaft, 2345 mm long, 250 mm wide and 125 mm deep. Half-round in section, it sits flat against the wall between the base and the capital. It can be trimmed to suit a lower ceiling. It is part of Column 1.10.207, Column 1.10.208, Column 1.10.211 and Column 1.10.212, and is sold separately for repairs, replacements or your own combination of parts.

Like the rest of the range it is polyurethane foam: light, moisture resistant and supplied white, ready to paint. Bond it to the neighbouring parts with Joint Adhesive 290ml (G07.S.290) or Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60), and use Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290) where it meets the wall or floor. Like all polyurethane decor it is decorative rather than structural: it cannot carry a ceiling, beam or any other load, so it must never stand in for a real column or post.
