A bossage (a rusticated stone block), 250 mm wide, 250 mm high and 40 mm deep, with a square face framed by a bevelled border. Fixed in courses up the corners of a house as quoins, around a door or window, or across a ground floor, bossages give a rendered facade the look of dressed stone. The other blocks in the range are Bossage 4.86.001, Bossage 4.86.002, Bossage 4.86.003 and Bossage 4.86.005.

Made in lightweight polyurethane foam, it won’t rot, crack or swell in the rain the way timber or sand-and-cement mouldings can. Fix it with Multipurpose Adhesive 290ml (G10.U.290) and use Joint Adhesive 290ml (G07.S.290) or Joint Adhesive 60ml (G08.S.60) on any joints. Outdoors, finish it with a good exterior masonry paint once it is fixed; the painted finish protects the surface from sun and weather.
